Steven did a great job replacing the roof on my maisonette. Great communication from beginning to end, and a great job done on time and on budget. Steven is passionate about his trade and it was a great experience all round. Would highly recommend.

The main thing I will say, is that Steve is a great communicator, which sets this firm apart from others. Steve & Bradley were punctual, polite and very pleasant to deal with. Steve and Bradley were quick to answer any questions I had, and explain things in full. Steve and Bradley have put so much effort into seeing that our loft condensation issues were resolved. The team had no problem coming back a few times to try different approaches, sticking with the job, until the best resolution was found. I would not hesitate to recommend Sargeant Roofing

We decided to have our chimney removed as it was in a state of bad repair and was no longer in use. Communication was excellent and the work was carried out quickly. The team of three were very tidy and did an excellent job.

Steven and the team were excellent. I would recommend them. Roof repair which required re-felting, lead flashing replaced, new eaves trays, tile clean I was fully informed before the work started, and Steven made a point of showing me the roof while the work was going on to keep me fully aware of any issues. He even made sure the scaffolding was put up according to my wishes, that was a real help. A number of people were working on the roof to finish it in one day, which really helped. The team were also polite and professional Cleaned up well, no rubbish left on the property
